There isn’t currently an automatic notification sent upon marking Project forms (CTS View, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, and/or DFMEA) for Release. Marking any of the forms to Release state will tag the project history. Then there will be a zipped folder containing PDF/Excel versions of all the forms records in the attachments section of the Project Details page.
