Does CTS have triggering features (e.g. escalation, reminders for tasks, or automatic recalculation of S, O, D after an Action is marked as closed)?

The system has some notifications triggered on actions (e.g. when an Action is assigned an email will be sent to the user). Approvals are issued for updates to Libraries and all updates to linked information in libraries is communicated to Project Managers for individual Part forms.
