The history does not show the revision detail I typed in when I was asked whether to mark it as Released. The History tab only reflected high level action (e.g. project update changes).

When saving your form, you will be asked whether to mark it as Released. If “Mark As Released” is selected, the software generates a PDF or Excel snapshot of the CTS View, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, and/or DFMEA. These snapshots are stored on the Project Details page.
